Overview
As part of the Business Support Team, you will meet and greet clients, provide refreshments, ensure meeting rooms are always up to standard, book travel, and answer and transfer calls from the main switchboard.

Responsibilities
- Archiving
- Managing office provisions (stationery, kitchen/office supplies)
- Sorting mail and arranging couriers
- Liaising with office service providers, maintenance and suppliers
- Managing kitchen area – stacking/emptying dishwasher, daily cleaning of coffee machine
- Copying, printing, and distributing documents
- Managing calendars and providing administrative support
Experience / Person Specification
- Previous experience of working in an office environment is essential
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
- You will receive training to become a designated Fire Marshal and First Aider
- Excellent communication skills to effectively deal with clients, staff, and managers
- Friendly, polite and professional character
Pay range and compensation package
