Health & Safety isn’t a box-ticking exercise for us — it’s fundamental to how we operate. We deliver complex scaffolding solutions across some of the UK’s most demanding projects, and we need someone who can drive standards, challenge complacency, and embed a culture where doing things properly is non-negotiable. - Is not afraid to have difficult conversations when standards fall short
You will be responsible for shaping and strengthening our Health & Safety function across the business, supporting our operational teams, and ensuring we continue to meet — and exceed — industry standards. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants to be part of a business that is pushing to be one of the best in the industry, I’d like to hear from you. Please reach out directly or apply via LinkedIn.
