KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely
- Assemble, pack and prepare products according to company standards
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Carry out quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area
- Identify and report production issues or equipment faults
- Handle materials and products safely
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a production team
TECHNICAL & PRACTICAL SKILLS:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to use basic tools and production equipment
- Awareness of workplace health & safety
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
SOFT SKILLS:
- Reliability and punctuality

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- No specific degree required
- GCSEs or equivalent are beneficial
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, factory or production experience is an advantage but not essential
- Full training may be provided for suitable candidates
