We are looking for a London-based B2B Property Sales Assistant for flexible, part-time extra work. The role involves contacting landlords and letting agents, explaining our company let requirements, arranging viewings, and occasionally attending property viewings or meetings in London. This is not a full-time role. It is ideal for someone looking for a few extra hours per week who is confident, polite, organised, and comfortable speaking to people by phone, message, and in person. Previous property or sales experience is helpful but not essential. Training and a simple script will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contact landlords and letting agents by phone, WhatsApp, email, and property platforms
- Explain our company let requirements clearly and professionally
- Ask basic questions about available properties
- Arrange viewings and landlord meetings
- Occasionally attend property viewings or meetings in London
- Keep notes of calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Update the company on interested landlords and suitable properties
- Follow up with landlords and agents when needed
- Represent the company in a polite and professional way
Requirements:
- Based in London or able to travel around London
