We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant on a temporary contract basis, with remote work in the UK.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment activities. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with sourcing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Sourcing and Outreach
- Support sourcing efforts to identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, and job fairs.
- Draft and send outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Monitor job postings for visibility and update them as needed.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Provide candidates with clear information about the role, company culture, and expectations.
- Address candidate inquiries or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and ensure timely completion of recruitment-related tasks.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in talent acquisition, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
