As a Support Worker at Artek UK, you will assist individuals with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement. You will promote dignity, independence, and well-being while working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider care team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting, where needed.
- Support clients in daily activities including meal preparation, medication, and appointments.
- Promote social inclusion through community activities, hobbies, or group events.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with service users.
- Assist with household tasks (cleaning, shopping, etc.) to ensure a safe living environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for care plans and daily logs.
