Role Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help generate sales opportunities for our Saa S products, recruitment services, and business solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to businesses, building relationships, arranging meetings, and supporting the company in converting leads into paying customers or long-term partners.
  • This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys speaking with businesses, understands customer needs, and is interested in Saa S, HR tech, recruitment, and digital business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, including businesses, recruitment agencies, HR teams, training providers, colleges, universities, and other relevant organisations.
  • Generate new sales leads through Linked In, email outreach, phone calls, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Promote the company’s Saa S products, recruitment services, and business solutions to potential clients.
  • Arrange discovery calls, demos, and business meetings with prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and explain how our products or services can support their business needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, service packages, and client communication.
  • Work closely with the internal technical, recruitment, and management teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, meetings, and sales progress using CRM tools or internal trackers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Support marketing and campaign activities where required, including Linked In outreach and promotional campaigns.
