Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to support individuals with their daily living needs. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility and daily activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding where required
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour
- Assist with medication (if trained)
- Perform light household duties such as cleaning and shopping
Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
