Artefact is seeking a Sr. HRBP to build and scale People programs across North America. You will partner with leadership to shape culture, manage employee relations, onboarding, and talent development while guiding immigration, benefits, and mobility programs.
You will influence policy, drive manager enablement, and translate People data into actionable improvements, working closely with the Head of People and Chapter Leads to close capability gaps and support growth.
