Job Summary
As a Senior Account Manager – Paid Social, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns. You will act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their business objectives are met while driving innovative and data-driven paid social strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with clients' business goals and KPIs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. Ensure proper audience targeting, ad placements, creative testing, and budget allocation. Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging. Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies as needed. Understanding of incrementality testing and previous experience setting up brand, search and conversion lift studies across Google and Meta.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and performance insights. Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners such as Meta and Google.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using data from platforms and analytics tools. Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Use A/B testing and data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign results.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including display and search. Forward thinking with creative development and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in paid social with hands-on experience in platform.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale paid social campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Preferred knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and DV360.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party attribution platforms.
- Experience with YouGov Data analysis to measure awareness, consideration and purchase intent.
- Experience interpreting MMM outputs and how to apply learning to the Paid Social strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work arrangement: two days per week working from the office near St. Paul’s.
