We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Paid Media Senior Account Manager to work with us on some of the biggest names in Travel.

You’ll be responsible for millions in ad spend and will be instrumental in creating media plans & developing innovative strategies to drive client growth.

You will be joining a collaborative team with a great culture and will be working with trusted clients.

Leading a renowned client, you will be supported by the Group Account Director and the rest of the team.

This role will give you the opportunity to share your knowledge, develop the team and contribute greatly to the growth of the client.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Paid Media/ Cross-Channel
  • Oversee Paid Media campaign execution and management
  • Support with campaign optimisations across the Paid Media activity
  • Support with the development and delivery of performance reporting, business reviews, A-B test results, creative reviews, and any other decks to showcase media performance and insights to the client
  • Support designing testing frameworks, making sure to follow best practices and test the latest features, technologies and partners to bring added value
  • Support with Paid Media advertising consultancy and training for clients
  • Maximise the value of the Paid Media advertising we produce by advising clients on best practices across campaign setup, testing and reporting
  • Be proactive in feeding back good results, data trends, case studies, discovered techniques and tools to the Account Directors and colleagues
  • Support with the development of processes, automation and best practices across the Paid Media department and the wider agency team
  • Strengthen client relationships - Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Support on client strategy sessions. Prepare material regarding campaign performance and recommendations
  • Challenge client thinking through insight-led recommendations.
  • Be able to demonstrate good communication skills and possess the ability to converse well with other team members and clients in a clear, understandable way
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a positive and flexible attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Support the development of other members of the team

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Paid Media Platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Meta, etc)
  • Good understanding of GA360 and other products of the GMP suite
  • Good understanding of Measurement Frameworks, Incrementality Testing, A/B Testing
  • Experience working with industry-leading Paid Media Partners (Similar Web, Kantar, You Gov, etc)
  • Experience managing large budgets using budget trackers and applying automation via Supermetrics or equivalent
  • Use A/B testing and data-driven approaches to improve campaign results
  • Have an analytical mind and possess problem-solving skills
  • Be a creative thinker and possess excellent attention to detail

Skills required

  • Have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Paid Media role
  • Understanding of the travel vertical preferred
  • Demonstrate previous experience in implementing and managing medium to large Paid Media campaigns
  • Advanced user knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
