About the Role
Artefact is seeking an experienced Braze Marketing Expert in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns using the Braze platform. This is a part-time freelance/contract role, ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with a strong background in campaign delivery and deep expertise in Braze.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns in Braze
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into actionable configurations
- Ensure proper audience segmentation, message personalisation, and journey orchestration
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Provide light documentation or handover guidance as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience working with the Braze platform (certifications a plus)
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and campaign automation
- Hands-on experience with message building (email, push, in-app, etc.) within Braze
