We are looking for a new team member who either has a strong retail background or barista skills. The café role will involve retail, food service and making drinks, but training can be provided. As part of the store team, you will also be expected to uphold the values, standards and brand image of ARTBOX and the character brands that we partner with. The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for service, who is upbeat, friendly and thrives under the pressure of a busy working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Providing the highest standards of customer service
  • General housekeeping and merchandising
  • General cleaning duties
  • Barista and food service
  • Maintaining the security of the shop premises and stock
  • Assisting with in-store events and activities
  • Assisting management
  • Any duties required to achieve the smooth and profitable running of the café

The Ideal Candidate:

You are confident, outgoing and friendly. You enjoy assisting people of all ages, from excited children to nostalgic adults, and from first-time visitors to hardcore collectors. You will genuinely care about our customers and enjoy brightening their day.

Shifts - we are looking for someone who can work on both Saturday and Sunday. There may be available shifts for holiday and sickness cover. We need a team member who is available to work extra shifts during busier periods such as Christmas holidays and school holidays.
