Overview

As Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in managing client and supplier contracts, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risk, and aligning commercial terms with business objectives. Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will drive contract management excellence and support the development of the company’s commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including renewals and change orders.
• Advise on risk mitigation, legal compliance, and intellectual property protection.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to align contracts with business strategy.
• Lead process improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle and enhance efficiency.
• Support commercial bids, ensuring optimal terms and risk management.
• Manage contract disputes and liaise with external legal advisors as needed.

• Proven experience in commercial contracts, ideally within the technology/software sector.
• Strong legal expertise and the ability to manage complex contracts and mitigate risk.
• Ability to align contracts with business objectives and drive strategic decisions.
