The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, commercially sharp Senior Client Coverage Manager to serve as the primary interface between Artane Partners and our growing portfolio of clients, companies and fund managers seeking to connect with sovereign funds, family offices, and institutional allocators in the GCC. This is a high-ownership role at the centre of our business. You will own every client touchpoint, from weekly structured calls and ongoing email communications to managing the information flow that keeps our advisory relationships running seamlessly. We operate to zero-defects standards on all client-facing materials and interactions. Core responsibilities
- Client relationship management: Serve as the single, consistent point of contact for a large portfolio of clients, companies and fund managers across global markets, owning all communications across calls, email, and reporting.
- Build deep familiarity with each client’s mandate, capital-raising objectives, and expectations; anticipate their needs before they arise rather than reacting after the fact.
- Proactively identify and escalate client concerns, protecting and deepening relationships across the portfolio.
- Structured coverage & communications: Lead weekly client calls with clear agendas, precise action tracking, and disciplined follow-through no loose ends.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client communications with speed, professionalism, and zero-defects attention to detail.
- Prepare client meeting materials, call notes, and briefings to the standard expected by clients engaging with institutional investors.
- Internal coordination & execution: Act as the central coordinator internally, translating client needs into clear briefs for advisory and execution teams.
- Maintain meticulous CRM records, client profiles, and activity logs to support firm-wide relationship intelligence.
- During an intensive 4-week onboarding period, conduct a full coverage sweep of the client portfolio to build rapport and establish your presence across all relationships.
What we’re looking for
- 2-4 years of client-facing experience in financial services, investment banking, capital advisory, asset management, wealth management, or a placement agent environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple institutional or corporate client relationships simultaneously, without dropping the ball.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to represent Artane Partners with credibility to companies, fund managers, and sophisticated financial counterparties.
- Zero-defects approach to client-ready materials, precision in every deck, email, and call note is non-negotiable.
- Composure under pressure, you remain organised, measured, and effective at high volume and pace.
- Sufficient commercial understanding of capital markets, equity advisory, or debt advisory to hold informed, substantive conversations with clients pursuing capital raises.
- Self-directed and proactive, a self-starter who anticipates what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked.
Nice to have
- Background at a placement agent, fund advisory firm, or independent advisory boutique.
- Working knowledge of private capital markets, growth equity, structured credit, secondaries, or IPO processes.
- International background or academic experience; fluency in Arabic or a second European language a distinct advantage.
- CRM proficiency and experience maintaining rigorous client activity documentation.
This is a paid, full-time remote position. Salary: €2,500–€3,000 per month, depending on experience.
