Art Safari is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised travel specialist to join their friendly office in Woodbridge.You will join a small team to organise UK and online events, international tour and travel arrangements, and to deliver excellent customer service to guests.

Art Safari, a niche tour operator for artists’ holidays worldwide, is a unique independent travel company, operating since 2003.Surviving the pandemic through innovative online events and UK tours, Art Safari has run painting holidays in more than 45 countries.Art Safari is ATOL registered and also operates Close Encounters Travel for tailor-made travel. Close Encounters was semi-dormant during the pandemic and is ready to restart with a new website launching in 2025 – this could be your lead project.
This is an opportunity to work in a creative company, in the rich cross-over world of travel, arts and wildlife.It requires a confident, highly organised and self-motivated person with multi-tasking abilities.Travel and tourism experience is essential.Sales and Marketing experience is highly desirable.

Aim of your Role: -To manage Art Safari tours and workshops, to work with the team to increase sales for Art Safari tours and workshops. To manage Close Encounters sales and help fulfil traveller’s dreams.To create new sales leads and fill set departure date tours.
Training:-You will receive full training on in-house systems
Travel opportunities: -You will be mainly office-based, however, we would encourage you to gain some product knowledge each year.
Key Skills & experience: – Super organisational Skills, Passion for travel, Team player, Attention to detail, Good written and verbal communication skills, Strong sales acumen, and very strong IT skills (we use Darwin, Mailchimp, Photoshop, Canva, Wetu, Microsoft Office, Wordpress)

Location:-Woodbridge
Salary:-£24,000-£27,000 per annum – (depending on relevant experience)
Hours: -Full Time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30
Holidays:28 days holiday including Bank Holidays (pro rata).
