As the business continues to grow its club partnerships and wholesale channel, we are seeking a Partnerships & Wholesale Manager to cover maternity leave. This role is critical to managing existing club relationships, driving wholesale growth, supporting new club signings, and ensuring accurate commercial reporting.
Role Overview
The Partnerships & Wholesale Manager is responsible for managing club and brand partnerships end to end, with a strong focus on wholesale performance, partner relationships, project delivery, and royalty reporting. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, this role ensures partners receive a high-quality, commercially sound experience while supporting Art Of's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnerships & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for club partners and brand collaborators
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust and performance
- Manage partnerships from onboarding through to product launches and campaigns
- Ensure contractual obligations, margin structures, and partnership terms are delivered
- Wholesale Management & Growth
- Manage and grow the wholesale channel across existing and newly signed clubs
- Identify opportunities to expand wholesale participation with clubs not currently buying
- Support wholesale order management, including systems, timelines, and customer updates
- Product & Project Coordination
- Oversee the delivery of bespoke and wholesale-only designs for club partners
- Coordinate internal teams (design, marketing, production, operations) to ensure timely delivery
- Support the development of wholesale-exclusive designs to improve margins and flexibility
- Reporting, Royalties & Analysis
- Monitor partnership and wholesale KPIs
- Produce regular performance and insight reports for internal and partner use
- Calculate, prepare, and provide accurate royalty reports for club and brand partners
- Work closely with finance to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in partnerships, account management, or wholesale (fashion, sports, or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Confident working with data, KPIs, margins, and royalty calculations
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
