- A Degree holder preferably in Creative Media, Creative Arts and Culture, Performing Arts or equivalent area
- Minimum 3 years' experience in arts, culture or creative industries
- Proven leadership ability with excellent organization and communication skills
- Solid project and event management experiences
- Strong network to create learning opportunities and to promote arts and cultural initiatives
