The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35008 £ per year.

Salary: £30,000 – £35,008 per annum (depending on experience). Annual bonus of up to 5% of base salary a year, reviewed and paid in termly instalments. Bonuses calculated based on studio performance.

Progression: Structured salary reviews 3x per year, with the opportunity to progress to £55,000+ as your studio grows.

Location: 131 Hurdsfield Rd, Macclesfield SK10 1LL.

Contract: Full Time.

Start Date: 01/10/2026.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging, skill-based art lessons for children in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
  • Support students' artistic development, personalise their progress, and help build confidence and creativity.
  • Build strong relationships with students and parents through excellent communication.
  • Support local engagement and work with our central marketing team to raise studio awareness.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and studio presentation.

What support you’d have

Our central team includes 15 individuals who provide support with bookings, customer service, HR and finance to every studio. This enables each person to focus on their specialism: teaching, customer interactions, studio operations and leadership.

Working Hours

The 40-hour week is structured to give you dedicated time for teaching, lesson preparation, administration, studio management and promotion.

Term Time (40 hours per week)

  • Tuesday: 13:00 - 21:00
  • Wednesday: 12:00 - 20:00
  • Thursday: 10:00 - 18:00
  • Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00

School Holidays (14 weeks per year)

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
