Venture Arts seeks a Programme Producer to drive the Creative Approaches to Work Programme in Greater Manchester. You will plan, coordinate and administer a year-long programme designed to support neurodivergent young adults to move closer to work, removing barriers and boosting confidence.
You will work with neurodivergent creatives, young adults, employers and partners to test trauma-informed, creative approaches and to develop facilitation skills across the team.
