Open Eye Gallery in Liverpool is seeking an Operations & Programme Assistant.

The role is 38.5 hours per week (full-time, 5 days) with occasional evening and weekend work, on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Operations: work with the Operations Managers to keep the gallery running smoothly, handle admin, IT tasks, calendar management and ensure health and safety.

Programme: assist delivery of exhibitions and events, including installation and deinstallation, with some evening/weekend work;
