Liverpool Philharmonic presents over 300 concerts and events every year, so there’s always lots going on in our Hall and Events team. We’re currently looking to recruit an Events Assistant to lead the non-technical advancing of our programme.
In this busy and varied role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Liaising with promoters, agents and artists to plan and action the smooth delivery of all activity surrounding getting our events to the stage.
- Serving as a key point of contact, answering queries, resolving any potential challenges and building effective working relationships with colleagues and external personnel.
- Ensuring that our diary systems are updated with as much detail as possible and communicating key information to all relevant parties.
