Whether on stage, in a classroom, or leading a workshop, you bring energy, passion and a fresh approach to music education.

We are particularly looking for an individual who shares Future Yard’s values and who:

  • Lives and breathes music – You’re a confident performer, comfortable playing live and interacting with audiences of all ages
  • Engages and inspires – You can hold a room, connect with people, and make music exciting, whether performing, teaching, or leading a workshop
  • Is creative and adaptable – You think on your feet, bring fresh ideas to the table, and can tailor experiences to different groups and settings
  • Loves working with young people – You’re patient, encouraging, and passionate about nurturing the next generation of musicians
  • Has a strong stage presence – You don’t just play music—you perform it, making every session an immersive and memorable experience
  • Has a passion for the power of culture and a deep interest in music.
  • Has a valid driving licence and access to a car (desirable, but not essential)
  • Is a well organised, disciplined self-starter
