We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, a QHSE Manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Assurance and Health & Safety policies and procedures. The role ensures compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and enhances workplace safety to protect employees, assets, and the environment.

The ideal candidate will show:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications

The ideal candidate will also hold:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or engineering industries
