The Role: We are looking for a highly connected Sales & Partnerships Executive who lives at the intersection of contemporary art and technology. You will be the commercial engine for Art Circles in the UK and Europe, tasked with bringing top‑tier galleries onto our software ecosystem and securing the infrastructure for major art fairs, galleries, museums, and other art organisations. You aren't just selling software; you are selling a paradigm shift. You speak the nuanced language of gallery directors and fair organisers, understand the friction of VIP management, and know how to position Art Circles as the ultimate operational partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Art World Prospecting: Identify and engage key decision‑makers at art fairs, blue‑chip and emerging galleries, and cultural institutions across the UK and Europe.
  • Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate the value of Art Circles—from replacing fragmented systems such as Mailchimp and Art Logic to the strategic advantage of capturing 100% of physical footfall data at art fairs.
  • Network Activation: Leverage your existing relationships within the creative industries to generate warm introductions and build a robust pipeline.
  • Hybrid Deal Making: Navigate and close both flat‑rate B2B SaaS subscriptions (with galleries) and complex, high‑volume transactional ticketing contracts (with art fairs).
  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as our ear to the ground. Translate the needs, anxieties, and operational bottlenecks of the art world into actionable feedback for our tech and product teams.

Requirements:

  • The “Art x Tech” DNA: Demonstrable experience working in software, the art market, culture, creative industries tech, or art fairs.
  • Commercial Drive: You have a track record of closing deals, securing partnerships, or driving sponsorships, and you are deeply motivated by commission‑based upside.
  • Fluency in the Art Ecosystem: You understand the dynamics of the collector journey, the logistics of art fairs, and the daily operational headaches of running a gallery.
