This is a fixed-term opportunity for 3 months with the possibility of being offered a permanent position.

Our multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, engineers, and ecologists bring their cross-industry experience and in-depth knowledge to find bespoke solutions for both the corporate and built environment.

As the team continues to grow, we are finding a need to enhance our administrative and operational support to enable our consultants to focus on the work that helps the company thrive. We are looking for an administrative assistant to work in a small team and report to the Head of Operations to support the day-to-day essential administrative procedures and financial processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients to chase overdue invoices and updating tracker (you will be required to meet a daily target)
  • Answering the mainline and directing calls
  • Stock management and requisition
  • Managing administrative records
  • Chasing expense receipts, submitting where appropriate
  • Travel booking and managing itinerary
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + performance-based bonus
  • Holidays: You will have 24 days off (20 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holidays, throughout the year. Holidays entitlement will increase to 25 days per annum after 2 years service.
  • Hybrid Working: Genuine flexibility between working at our office in Southwark and working from home. It is possible to work from home abroad on an extended basis.
