Looking to gain insight into the world of Finance and Recruitment? Arsenault is looking for an ambitious intern to aid our consulting team in data entry into Bullhorn, our CRM software. We are a leading front-office recruitment advisor to some of the world's top Investment Banks, Private Equity firms and Hedge funds; and over the last two years, we've grown from 4 to 17 consultants. Our rapidly growing team now needs support in keeping our candidate database up to date.
This role would be a great match for a student or a recent graduate who is looking to develop their understanding of the financial services and recruitment industries (and the combination of the two!). This is an entry level role with no experience required - we provide thorough training that covers everything you need to know to take on this role; that said, we have some key characteristics in mind:
- Efficiently manage a large amount of information which will need meticulous filing and labelling
- Extracting information from CVs and identifying key characteristics i.e. seniority level, sector, institution, qualifications, etc.
- Cross-checking the candidate database with LinkedIn to verify the information and updating records as necessary
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete mapping
The ideal candidate:
- Methodical and organized
- Patient with repetitive tasks
- Ambitious and keen to learn
- Basic knowledge of the financial services industry is beneficial but not necessary
