Arsenault in Birmingham is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join the European Team in London. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the London based team ensuring proper and robust documentation, data input and general office support. The role will also assist with regular and timely data reporting to various platforms. The individual needs to be effective in managing logistics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ordering and maintaining an inventory of office supplies
- Assist with on-boarding of new hires and documentation retention
- Prepare and send mail including event material
- Assist the team with travel bookings
- Distribute mail to appropriate staff members
- Assist with marketing documentation compliance reviews and uploading where applicable
- Order, set up and clean up breakfasts/lunches for meetings
