Arsenault is seeking an Executive Assistant who has a natural passion for problem-solving and excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong organizational skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.

This position may be located in the UK or potentially other areas which work in a similar time zone.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Manage executive professional & personal calendars, prioritising inquiries while troubleshooting conflicts, and making recommendations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day engagements.
  • Ensure the executive has appropriate materials and is prepared for meetings. Find new and efficient ways to create work processes to help maximise your executives’ time.
  • Organise and orchestrate executive travel globally, team meetings/off‑sites, and other group events.

This includes meeting set up, travel arrangements, lodging, meals, expense reports, and more.

  • Team with other EAs on key company‑wide initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of the team and field and prioritise requests from all contacts, making a point to be available and approachable.
  • Additional administrative work as required, including document management, and coordination with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure processes run smoothly.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect distributed teams in a remote environment.
  • Extraordinary organisational skills, and an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team with diverse personalities in a remote working environment.
  • Background in managing stakeholders across multiple geographic locations and time zones, in a remote working environment.
