We are looking for a passionate Venue Systems Manager to ensure seamless access control at The Emirates Stadium, coordinating pre-event checks and preparations with suppliers and stakeholders. Working as part of the Ticketing & Strategy team, you will oversee the relationship with our access control partner and also provide insights on industry benchmarks to improve operations.

Your day-to-day:

  • Oversee venue preparations: you'll ensure smooth delivery of events at The Emirates Stadium, including digital ticket fulfilment and onsite operational support.
  • Build relationships with external partners: you will be trusted to establish and maintain impactful relationships with our ticketing partners to ensure a consistent delivery of services to supporters.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team: you'll passionately line manage a Data Analyst and a team of matchday casual workers.
  • Champion data driven decisions: you'll work with the Data Analyst to generate statistics, reports, and analysis of access control for our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: you'll work with a range of teams to implement ticketing policies including seat utilisation and cup final policy.
  • Take charge of critical projects: you'll take pride in leading access-related projects as directed by our senior venue access manager and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver these in line with budget, deadlines and project objectives.

  • Background in a high-volume ticketing environment: you come with extensive experience of working in a ticketing role focused on access control.
  • Excellent industry knowledge: you're well versed in all matters related to football ticketing and can expertly deal with the nuances that come with it.
  • Inspiring line manager: you thrive when you're leading, coaching and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator: you're able to work with a range of colleagues and adapt your approach as necessary and you have an innate ability to capture and distil complex concepts in a logical and clear manner.
  • Best-in-class stakeholder management skills: you possess the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver priorities.
  • Effective multi-tasker: you excel when you're managing multiple workstreams concurrently and are able to adapt to ever shifting priorities.
