The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Site Trading Executive to play a key role in supporting our E-Commerce and Retail Team, optimising online branding, maximising trade performance, and expanding our online experience to align with commercial objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage our club website, playing an essential role in driving revenue through brand awareness, website analytics, and online merchandise strategy.

Your day-to-day
- Site merchandising – you\’ll confidently ensure onsite merchandising is aesthetically pleasing and commercially effective, monitoring site functionality and the end-to-end customer journey
 - Manage and maintain product lifecycle – you will support the creation, maintenance, and ownership of product categorisation, working closely with our wider Commercial team to align with targeted marketing activity and guide product selection
 - Leveraging data – you\’ll proactively partner with our E-Commerce Trading Manager to optimise site merchandising across category pages, filtering and product recommendations, regularly reviewing configurations to improve product relevance and click-through rates.
 - Analyse performance and identify opportunities – you will produce weekly site trading reports, utilising GA360 and Contentsquare to evaluate performance, identifying and translating trends into actionable merchandising strategies
 - Oversee product lifecycle and merchandise portfolio – you\’ll configure and approve merchandising lists, ensuring products are aligned with trading focus, revenue targets, and commercial branding
 - Site checks – you will conduct routine site checks and daily audits, flagging any bugs or issues, and ensuring errors are resolved promptly
 
What we are looking for
- Background in a similar E-Commerce role – you bring proven success in a similar site trading position, preferably within an D2C E-Commerce retail business
 - E-Commerce enthusiast – you demonstrate a genuine passion for all things E-Commerce, with a keen desire to develop, grow, and contribute to our Commercial department
 - Composed and adaptable approach – you are self-assured and comfortable working in an E-Commerce environment, managing workloads efficiently and demonstrating adaptability when juggling shifting priorities
 - Data and insights driven – you possess excellent analytical skills and enjoy utilising data to identify trends and drive commercial resolutions
 - Experience with analytical software – you are knowledgeable and accomplished in analytical tools and resources, preferably GA4, Contentsquare, or similar
 - Articulate communicator – you relish the opportunity to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, reporting weekly trade updates and presenting insights effectively
 - Expertise in online trading principles – you have an exceptional grasp of online trading principles, demonstrating best practices and proven methodologies to meet and exceed commercial targets
 - Proactive team player – you are a proactive self-starter with the ability to use your initiative, collaborate effectively, and share ideas in the pursuit of progress
