The Role
We are looking for dedicated Security Guards to ensure the security of our stadium and associated sites by providing a professional and efficient security service. You’ll contribute and help improve our security by monitoring our premises to prevent illegal activities and also ensure that all buildings are secure.

We require successful candidates to complete a DBS check and other essential background checks prior to starting employment. Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.
Your day-to-day
- Manage site access - you’ll be monitoring and controlling access to the stadium for all internal and external visitors.
- Oversee visitor operations - you will be keeping records of all people on club sites up to date, while conducting searches of visitors, vehicles and areas when necessary.
- Champion safety processes - you’ll be liaising with and educating colleagues regarding visitors and potential security issues.
- Ensure site security - you will be assisting with the opening and ongoing management of specific areas of the Emirates Stadium and associated sites, ensuring that the security of the buildings and wellbeing of all using club premises are maintained.
- Proactive risk mitigation - you’ll be consistently vigilant towards any security or terrorism threat and escalating any suspicious behaviour.
- Provide emergency support - you will be assisting with emergency evacuations when required, ensuring compliance with any health & safety, regulatory and statutory procedures.
What we are looking for
- Proven background in security - you come with experience of working in an ‘inner city’ environment and familiar with handling the type of challenges that may be presented.
- Proactive problem solving mindset - you are experienced in managing incidents and emergency situations.
- Hold relevant licences - you have an SIA door supervisor licence and SIA CCTV licence.
- Customer first approach - you’re equipped with a customer centric mindset and driven to provide exceptional service consistently.
- Excellent communicator - you’re able to communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and customers.
