We are looking for a Retail Section Coordinator - Stockroom to play an essential role in the heart of our Retail department. You will help to coordinate our team of passionate casual workers and ensure that all key operational retail areas have consistent coverage on a day-to-day basis. In this important role for our Retail department, you will monitor and review the team's activities to ensure the commercial and retail operational standards are being executed to the highest level, making sure we're delivering a fantastic customer experience day in day out.

Your day-to-day:

  • Oversee stockroom deliveries - you'll be responsible for the taking in of deliveries pre-store opening and checking them in.
  • Monitor stock movements - you will play a pivotal role in the management of stock movements, including transfers to other stores, management of returns, and the layout of external warehouse and internal stockrooms.
  • Deliver great service - you'll ensure we're delivering the highest standards of in-store experience.
  • Lead by example - you'll take on line management and coordination responsibility for our passionate casual and matchday workers to ensure the achievement of our KPIs and objectives.
  • Inspire high performance levels - you will play an impactful part in keeping our casual workers engaged and motivated, and you'll ensure they are performing their role to an exceptional standard.
  • Support the Retail team with in-store events - you'll work closely with the wider team on the delivery of kit and product launches, store events, matchdays, and retail kiosks.
  • Uphold key requirements - you will take great pride in ensuring that we're adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.
