We are looking for a Partner Services Manager to provide best-in-class partner servicing and account management to our commercial partners. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll drive the relationship with some of our most important commercial partners. We're looking for someone with second-to-none stakeholder management skills, who knows how to get the best out of a commercial partnership for both parties.
Your day-to-day:
- Proactive relationship management - you will be across day-to-day activity for a range of our external partners, with responsibility to collaborate in the development of the strategic activation plan.
- Establish and maintain impactful partnerships - you'll be providing a dedicated and consistently high level of service to our partners, continually identifying areas of improvement.
- Uphold operational excellence - you'll be overseeing the delivery of all contractual rights afforded to our partners.
- Enhance our partnerships - you will be working with our partners to maximize the value of their rights and identify and deliver opportunities for them to activate their association with our club.
- Champion team collaboration - you'll actively share information and best practices with other members of the partner services team.
- Provide insightful data analysis - you will continuously track and deliver post-campaign evaluations on our partner’s activations.
- Lead by example - you'll coach, lead, and inspire a team of one or two reports, continuously promoting their development.

- Proven partner management background - you come with a track record in providing first-class account and project management on behalf of brands.
- Passion for brand marketing - you have experience managing campaigns across traditional and new media channels (e.g., digital and social media).
