The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Partner Experience and Operations Executive to join our Partnerships and Ventures team. You will play an integral role in delivering best-in-class partnerships that support both our club and partner objectives.
You’ll support contractual rights delivery, the attraction of new business, the delivery of matchday event experiences, and provide administrative support across the Partnerships and Ventures team.
Please note: this role requires working on matchdays and events to assist in various duties. Notice will be provided via a matchday rota.

Your day-to-day
- Oversee partnership matchday operations: Manage the Partnerships ticketing, hospitality, and parking inventory for home fixtures, ensuring world-class experiences and operational support for our partners. Collate partnership matchday activation information and communicate with relevant internal departments. Support on-site matchday delivery as Partnerships Matchday Operations Lead on a rota basis.
- Manage matchday programme ad schedule: Be a key contact for internal teams and external bodies (e.g., Premier League, The FA, UEFA) regarding contractual matchday programme advertising.
- Coordinate signed merchandise: Oversee seasonal allocation and distribution of signed merchandise for current and prospective partners, as well as various internal departments.
- Monitor on-site branding and advertising: Manage LED submissions, running orders, and checks before each matchday. Update digital and static branding placements such as press conference and media backdrops.
- Deliver events and experiences: Assist with planning and delivery of partner-related events and experiences.
- Assist with partner onboarding: Support onboarding processes and advise on logistics throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide finance and administrative support: Assist with administrative tasks like processing invoices, purchase orders, tracking partner payments, and scheduling team meetings.
What we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role: Proven success in a similar operational role in the sports industry; football experience is desirable but not essential.
- Planning and organisational skills: Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities, remaining composed under pressure.
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Motivated and proactive: Take responsibility and proactively seek opportunities to excel.
- Trusted ambassador: Represent the club professionally, maintaining high standards of behaviour.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside normal hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to various club sites.
