- Embed nutrition into performance plans – you\’ll ensure that individualised nutrition advice and intervention is fully integrated with players\’ performance plans
- Champion growth and development – you will actively participate in our internal CPD programme and pursue opportunities to support professional development, and you will play a crucial part in our research and development projects, making sure practice is underpinned by the latest scientific evidence
- Oversee provision of supplements – you\’ll be responsible for the ordering, management and documentation of all supplements provided within our club, ensuring safe and compliant usage
- Assist with player body composition management – you will have crucial input into the monitoring and management of player body composition (specifically DXA scanning), supporting optimal health, development and physical performance capacity

- Best-in-class communication skills – you\’re equipped with excellent communication skills that can influence and motivate behavioural change, and you can articulate complex information in simple terms, depending on the audience
- Outstanding ability to build and uphold impactful relationships – you can easily establish effective relationships with players and incentivise them to prioritise nutrition
- Flexible and adaptable mindset – you\’re comfortable with the demands of elite football and you possess the ability to remain calm, respond positively to setbacks, reflect, learn and improve
- Professional and dedicated approach – you take pride in operating with the utmost integrity, championing a high standard of ethics and respecting the confidential nature of your role within our club and its operations
