We are looking for passionate Casual Retail Assistants to play a vital role in ensuring our visitors experience an exceptional level of customer service at every touchpoint. Our stores at the Emirates Stadium provide an amazing opportunity for people to engage with our club. We’re proud to sell a wide range of club products and act as a hub of visitor activity through the football season, especially on a matchday.

Your day-to-day:
- Deliver exceptional customer service – you’ll seamlessly provide excellent customer service through interacting with visitors in a proactive and enthusiastic manner.
- Be the go-to expert – you will demonstrate a good understanding of all club products and eagerly provide visitors with the best quality service and information.
- Work at pace – you’ll be proactive and ready to ensure you can support a high volume of customers without compromising on quality.
- Act as a proud ambassador for our club – you’ll take pride in upholding uniform excellence and maintaining high standards of health, safety and security.
- Be a team player – you’ll demonstrate a flexible and proactive member of the team and always seek to support your colleagues.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a retail based role – you thrive when you’re delivering amazing experiences to visitors and customers in a busy in‑store environment.
- Confident communicator – you’ve got a natural passion for providing an engaging service to all visitors in our stores.

- Flexibility – you’re a reliable individual who is able to work flexibly across the week, including evenings, weekends and during peak holiday periods.
