The predicted salary is between 11.7 - 14.3 £ per hour.

We are looking for an Academy Kit Assistant on a casual basis to support our PDP team and ensure the effective delivery of kit requirements for our players and colleagues. In this vital role, you'll play a key part in offering day-to-day support across training sessions and fixtures, through maintaining the highest standards of kit and equipment presentation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with kit distribution - you will support with kit distribution on a day-to-day basis for our U17-U21 players, ensuring all have appropriate kit for daily activities.
  • Ensure excellent presentation - you'll oversee printing for match, training and staff kits and proudly maintain the highest standards of presentation.
  • Prepare for upcoming events - you'll organise the packing and preparing of all kit for home and away fixtures, tours and activities.
  • Champion operational efficiency - you will diligently maintain our stock inventory and ensure the database is accurate.
  • Process kit orders - you will support our PDP Kit Coordinator with kit orders.

What we are looking for:

  • Background in sports - you have experience working in youth development or in an elite sport environment.
  • Clean UK driving licence - you'll be able to transport yourself to various different locations.
  • Confident IT skills - you have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Teamworks.
  • Collaborative team player - you're a personable and enthusiastic individual with a competitive work ethic and you work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Best-in-class organisational skills - you possess an excellent ability to multi-task and are able to work at pace without compromising quality.
