Arsenal Football Club is seeking an Academy Player Care Manager (U18) to join our Academy Operations team. You will support the wellbeing and development of Under 18 players, coordinating key programmes and serving as a trusted contact for players and families.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, help deliver Lifelong Learner and Host Family programmes, and contribute to our safeguarding commitments while upholding the club values of care and excellence.
