- Act as the paid media point of contact for partnership activations – you’ll be the main representative for partnership activations, providing forecasts, recommendations and post‑campaign insights to internal teams, senior leaders and partners.
- Oversee agency and platform relationships – you will ensure external agencies deliver high‑quality work in line with agreed timelines, objectives and budgets.
- Craft compelling messaging and briefs – you’ll help create exciting media briefs and paid content aligned to both partner brand guidelines and our club's supporter‑first approach.
- Utilise key moments and milestones – you will monitor key footballing and cultural moments, identifying opportunities to amplify partnership campaigns and commercial opportunities.

- Data‑driven, analytical mindset – you’re able to translate campaign and consumer data into clear, actionable insights that drive optimisation, partner value and commercial performance.
- Audience and media planning skills – you have an advanced understanding of media principles and audience segmentation, with the ability to build effective audience strategies which can be analysed and optimised long‑term.
- Agency and partner management background – you’re confident overseeing external agencies and media partners, delivering multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to budgets, timelines and KPIs.
- Excellent communicator – you’re comfortable presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior colleagues and partners, actively sharing trends and best practices across the paid media department.
