The Role

We are looking for a Kit and Equipment Supervisor to ensure a seamless service is delivered across Arsenal Women FC.

In this role you work closely with the Kit and Equipment Assistant and enable players to focus on their performance by supporting all kit and equipment needs on and off the pitch.

Depending on the responsibilities of the role, a DBS will be either a basic, standard, or enhanced check.

  • Your day-to-day
  • Oversee all kit and equipment needs, managing kit and equipment for players and staff across Arsenal Women FC, ensuring kit requirements for training sessions are organized and all equipment is prepared and ready for each session, including a schedule of daily kit tasks at the training ground.
  • Manage inventory – order, organize and distribute training and match kit to all players and staff.
  • Adhere to competition kit regulations – print match kit in compliance with competition regulations and work with the Club Secretary to ensure all matchday kit selections meet the required standards.
  • Provide critical matchday support – drive the kit van, attend all home and away matches, work around team schedules, and prepare and set out the dressing rooms at the training ground and at all fixtures.
  • Uphold high standards – ensure all kit requests are efficiently managed and use club systems to accurately record and monitor stock levels of training and match kit.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders – work closely with diverse colleagues across the club, participate in key operational meetings, and work effectively with kit suppliers and partners when required.
  • Take a proactive approach – demonstrate proactiveness in relation to staff and player kit needs, ensuring any new personnel have all necessary kit to hit the ground running.
  • Act as a proud ambassador for the club – embody club values and adhere to a strict code of confidentiality regarding any information relating to the club and its operations.
  • What we are looking for
  • Background in elite sport – previously worked in a kit-focused role within an elite sporting environment.
  • Natural team player – thrive when operating within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with diverse colleagues across multiple departments.
  • Organised and adaptable – proud of administrative skills, able to work across multiple workstreams concurrently, and prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible mindset – willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to play a vital matchday role.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety – good knowledge of safeguarding policies and best practice, and an understanding of health & safety and its application to a sporting environment.
  • IT skills – competent with Microsoft Excel and Word, and able to pick up new systems and platforms with relative ease.
  • Confident and licensed driver – hold a full clean driving licence for driving the club's kit van, and have access to your own transport.
