  • Maximise player availability - you will strive to maximise the performance and availability of all members of the squad through appropriate decision making and the provision of physiotherapy and exercise-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with the wider department - you will support the Physiotherapy team with evaluating effectiveness of rehabilitation/treatment programmes and work with other members of the Medical and Performance team to provide a shared decision-making approach to the treatment and prevention of injury.
  • Build effective links with international team stakeholders - you will develop solid working relationships with international team medical staff to smooth the transition of players from club to international football.
  • Carry out in-depth auditing processes - you will assist the delivery and audit of all AWFC First Team and Academy Team squad cardiac screens to ensure all players have been screened appropriately.

  • Excellent communication skills - you can effectively communicate in a clear and logical manner.
  • Growth mindset - you possess a willingness to learn and are motivated to develop your skills and experience.
