We are looking for passionate Casual Retail Assistants to ensure visitors experience exceptional customer service at every touchpoint in our Emirates Stadium stores. The position offers London Living Wage pay.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting proactively with visitors.
- Act as the go‑to expert on club products, providing high‑quality information.
- Work at a fast pace, supporting a high volume of customers without compromising quality.
- Represent the club proudly, maintaining uniform excellence and high health, safety and security standards.
- Act as a flexible and proactive team player, supporting colleagues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in a retail‑based role in a busy, in‑store environment.
- Confident communicator with a passion for engaging service.
- Team‑player who goes the extra mile for colleagues.
- Flexible with ability to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Legal age: 16 years of age by 2nd June 2026.
