We are seeking an Academy Driver to provide travel support to Academy players and staff in a casual capacity.

Your day-to-day:

  • Provide regular player transport – carry out minibus journeys for players.
  • Support the wider Academy operation – assist with transport of training/match kit and equipment.
  • Handle ad-hoc travel – provide minibus services for staff as required.
  • Uphold high standards – ensure Academy travel equipment is efficiently managed and cared for.
  • Build positive working relationships – engage and collaborate with players, parents/guardians and the wider team.
  • Abide by critical policies – keep safeguarding, health and safety policies front‑of‑mind.

What we are looking for:

  • Clean UK driving licence.
  • Experience in a similar role – confident driving in Greater London and surrounding areas.
  • Safeguarding champion – completed FA Safeguarding accreditation (or willing to undertake).
  • Trusted ambassador – maintain exceptional professional behaviour towards colleagues, players and the public.
  • Proud team player – demonstrate integrity and discretion suitable for a trusted team player.

Position of Trust:

As a role involving regular, direct contact with children or vulnerable adults, you must uphold high standards of conduct to prevent abuse, including sexual, physical, or emotional harm. This requires ongoing safeguarding training and education in line with club and FA requirements.
