We are seeking an Academy Driver to provide travel support to Academy players and staff in a casual capacity.
Your day-to-day:
- Provide regular player transport – carry out minibus journeys for players.
- Support the wider Academy operation – assist with transport of training/match kit and equipment.
- Handle ad-hoc travel – provide minibus services for staff as required.
- Uphold high standards – ensure Academy travel equipment is efficiently managed and cared for.
- Build positive working relationships – engage and collaborate with players, parents/guardians and the wider team.
- Abide by critical policies – keep safeguarding, health and safety policies front‑of‑mind.
What we are looking for:
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Experience in a similar role – confident driving in Greater London and surrounding areas.
- Safeguarding champion – completed FA Safeguarding accreditation (or willing to undertake).
- Trusted ambassador – maintain exceptional professional behaviour towards colleagues, players and the public.
- Proud team player – demonstrate integrity and discretion suitable for a trusted team player.
