The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to lead a product development function within the Digital Platforms team, overseeing the delivery of a new product offering and our e-commerce platform, two of our core product offerings.
This role is responsible for managing and developing a small team of Product Development Managers, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our supporters and drive commercial revenue growth.
They will also play a key role in shaping the future vision and strategy of our digital products, using data, insights, and market research to inform decision-making.

Your day-to-day
  • Team leadership - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Development Managers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities
  • Product development - You\'ll have full roadmap ownership, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle for multiple digital products, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation
  • Championing supporters - You\'ll foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure a supporter-first UX is at the heart of what we do
  • Collaboration - You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and create and maintain product roadmaps
  • Data driven - You\'ll use data, insights, and market research to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Quality assurance - You will ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place for all digital products
