The Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Acquisition) responsible for the overarching marketing strategy of our app, focusing on bringing supporters into our ecosystem, retaining them, and driving in-app transactions.

Your day-to-day

• Attract new supporters through high-impact acquisition channels and tactics.
• Create engaging campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, and programmatic channels, including paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and others.
• Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Data teams to design full-funnel plans and audience analyses.
• Manage and optimize app store listings (ASO) for visibility and conversions.
• Partner with other club departments to plan app-exclusive offers for acquisition.
• Align acquisition and retention strategies for supporter engagement.
• Develop tailored plans for supporter segments, especially in the UK and US.
• Support product development with UX/UI improvements.
• Oversee and allocate the acquisition budget effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in digital demand generation, customer acquisition, or digital marketing, especially mobile app acquisition.
• Strong understanding of app-first marketing tactics and ASO best practices.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience working with paid media teams or agencies.
• Creative with excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
