Kitchen Assistant and Cashier (Casual Role) at Arsenal F.C.

Join the Kitchen team at our Academy training ground in Hale End on a casual basis. We are looking for someone with a passion for food, a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient front-of-house service, including serving food buffet style, processing card payments, and supporting staff and players. This role involves managing accurate records of staff food spend, ensuring smooth service and upholding high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times.

Please note: this role will involve working flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.

  • Communication skills – you are a confident, clear communicator with a positive team player attitude
  • Proven experience in a similar kitchen environment – experience in a customer-facing or food service role
  • Expertise in processing payments – confident in handling transactions and using a POS system
  • Team player – able to work in a team and independently, willing to support the team when required
  • Adaptable and organised mindset – able to thrive under pressure and prioritise workloads
  • Flexibility – available to work weekdays and/or weekends and early mornings
