The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

This is a 40‑hour per week position. The role will begin as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong view to becoming permanent. ArrowXL is looking for a Regional Training & Development Lead to join our team, based at our Worcester office. You’ll be empowered to make a real impact within a collaborative environment.

What will the role involve?

  • Translate business needs into clear training requirements to support operational goals.
  • Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality training materials with strong attention to detail and engaging, practical learning experiences.
  • Communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive a consistent learning experience across the business.
  • Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth induction experience and early confidence in role expectations.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date training records, reporting on participation, compliance and emerging trends.
  • Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement, encouraging colleagues to develop capability and adopt best practice.
  • Deliver training confidently to diverse groups, accommodating different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Complete post‑learning evaluations, analysing results to measure impact and continually refine training programmes.
  • Assist in planning and organising the L&D schedule, prioritising induction training and adapting to changing business requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Understanding of learning and development models and the ability to engage colleagues through value‑add training, with a good grasp of the colleague learning cycle and content creation.
  • Understanding of risk assessments, and Health & Safety best practice.
  • Proven ability to communicate and coach effectively, influencing stakeholders and supporting learners at all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence required, with willingness to travel nationwide to deliver training across multiple sites, primarily Worcester and Enfield, with initial training in Wigan and/or Airdrie. Comfortable with overnight stays when required.
  • Desirable: Experience delivering accredited training in logistics, transport, or supply chain settings.
  • Desirable: Experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) training and assessments.
