Job Introduction
37.5 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed) £12.21 basic hourly rate
06:00 - 14:00 shift hours
Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half, 7th shift paid at double time.

Main Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Picking customer orders from designated locations
- Accurately loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles
- Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly
- Safely moving and categorising customer items within the warehouse
- Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Using ArrowXL technical equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
- Representing ArrowXL professionally at all times
