Junior Finance Business Partner – Wigan (Hybrid working) - Up to £32,000
Do you hold – or are you working towards – a recognised accounting or finance qualification, or do you have a relevant degree? Are you confident navigating advanced Excel? Do you have a sharp analytical mindset and the communication skills to bring data to life for others? If so, ArrowXL is looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team - working 50% from home and 50% from our Wigan office. We’re looking for a detail-driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate financial forecasts, insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll be hands-on with flash reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes, while also contributing to the development of KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.

What will the role involve?
- Flash Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the Finance Team in producing annual budgets, regular forecasts, and scenario planning (P&L).
- Deliver weekly flash results efficiently and on time, providing early insights into financial performance.
- Help standardise and enhance the weekly flash reporting process for consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop and monitor meaningful business KPIs.
- Trend and variance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with month-end processes, working closely with the management accounting team to identify necessary adjustments and refine the flash model.
- Provide ad hoc financial evaluation to support strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Manage and analyse current and past financial data and performance.
- Support and co-ordinate with operational teams to ensure an accurate forecast.
- Co-ordinate operational reports/forms that are expected by the site including a full set of KPIs.
- Financial analysis to help identify potential areas for cost-reduction initiatives.
